I'm an Engineering leader at Headspace Health and currently managing the teams responsible for expanding the employer and partnership solutions for fortune 500 clients. I've 8+ years of industry experience in building highly scalable, performant and complex systems. For the past 5+ years, I've been building and leading efficient and high performing teams. I hold a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. My career grew from starting as an engineer, then moving on to leading technical teams to being an engineering manager. I've worked in a variety of business and technical domains and I make sure I'm up to date with the latest trends in technology.

In personal life, I learn from people, from experiences and try to be a better person every day. I love exploring places, hiking, listening to music and who doesn't like cricket! :)
