As an Intern at BriskSale, LLC., I worked on a drupal based online marketplace BriskSale. It is fairly standard eCommerce platform with a patent pending twist.
Being the only software developer at the start, I was responsible for the development and maintenance of the complete system. I deployed the partially developed system on a completely new GCE environment and worked on some important features like payment gateways, custom module developement in drupal, shipping modules, etc. Major part of the job involved self learning and implementation of drupal modules. The later half of the internship involved UI development and rendering using Laravel. The experience was amazing with an excellent learning curve.
